Jeep Unveils Grand Cherokee Trailhawk And Wrangler Moab Models

Chrysler’s Jeep division unveiled two new special edition models of the Grand Cherokee and Wrangler, both of which have their collective sights set on pleasing off road enthusiasts who want more capability and ruggedness when out on the beaten path by offering equipment never before offered on a Jeep model.

New Car: 2012 Jeep Wrangler Mountain

Based on the Sport trim line, the Jeep Wrangler Mountain will be available as a two-door or four-door. Exterior features include a black ‘Mountain’ decal on the hood, front gray grille and high-gloss gray 17in wheels. Beijing Show 2012 Highlights: Jeep Wrangler Dragon Design Concept

Also on Chrysler Group’s Beijing stand is the Jeep Wrangler Dragon Design Concept. Based on a China-market Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon, the Dragon design concept adds matte black 18-inch five-spoke alloys clad in 35-inch off-road rubber. Bronze-gold details also feature on the concept, a colour associated with the dragon. Inside, for example, the Jeep’s cabin gets a laser-etched dragon pattern on the head rests and dragon-scale pattern on the seats and arm rest.Thanks to: Autocar

Jeep Wrangler Unlimited joins new Altitude lineup

Chrysler to Show Off China-Specific Jeep Wrangler and Chrysler 300C Design Concepts [Beijing Auto Show]

This month’s Beijing auto show will bring the current auto-show season to a close, and it’s there that Chrysler has announced it will show two China-specific design concepts: a Jeep Wrangler and Chrysler 300. The Jeep is themed after the Year of the Dragon and the Chrysler 300C wears several China-inspired touches; both models may be made available to Chinese buyers in the near future.
