The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has proposed a minimum sound standard for electric and hybrid vehicles to help reduce pedestrian fatalities.

The 24 Hours of LeMons traveling circus is wrapping up a great 20-race 2012 season at Eagles Canyon Raceway in Texas, and the LeMons Supreme Court and the tech inspectors did their customary scrutiny of the 38 teams that were hardcore enough to spend New Year’s weekend in freezing-cold Decatur, Texas.
