Report: Mercedes-Benz S-Class due at Hamburg in May, to have upmarket variants to compete w/ Rolls-Royce

During the festivities of the 2013 Geneva Auto Show, AutoCarUK was able to learn that Mercedes-Benz will be gearing up to debut their all-new next-generation S-Class at this year’s auto show in Hamburg on the 15th of May.

It isn’t every day (or even every year) that a new Rolls-Royce model makes its debut.  But yesterday at Geneva, Rolls-Royce showed its new Wraith, which is basically a coupe variant of its “entry-level” Ghost sedan, but with a completely new body and interior.  Billed as the most sporting Rolls-Royce production car ever, it packs quite a bit of luxury and performance into its footprint.  You can be the judge regarding the car’s looks.

Welp, it’s here ladies and gentlemen, and by official word as well. Rolls-Royce, amidst and earlier leak, has just unveiled the all-new 2014 Rolls-Royce Wraith coupe, with pictures included.
Under that expansive hood is a 624hp V12 that also churns out 590 lb-ft of torque. Rolls-Royce Sends Out Second Wraith Teaser, Car to Have Rear End [2013 Geneva Auto Show]

 

Rolls-Royce has released a second teaser photo of its upcoming Wraith coupe, a.k.a. the two-door version of the Ghost sedan.
