There's a replacement for the current Mercedes-Benz CL-Class luxury 2+2 coupe in the horizon, and as you probably have heard already (we'll repeat it just in case you missed out), it won't carry the same name, as the Stuttgart-based carmaker has made the decision to use the S-Class Coupe moniker instead. The well-camouflaged model seen in these latest photos was spotted undergoing winter testing in Northern Sweden. From these images, Benz's new upscale coupe appears to have a more muscu…

If you let Honda explain it, the 2012 Civic was a tremendous sales success, with more than 317,000 Civics finding homes last year. Critically though, the Civic was a disappointment. Many outlets knocked its drab looks, cheap interior, and just average dynamics. So Honda went back to the drawing board, with the hastily prepared 2013 [...]

Welp, it’s here ladies and gentlemen, and by official word as well. Rolls-Royce, amidst and earlier leak, has just unveiled the all-new 2014 Rolls-Royce Wraith coupe, with pictures included.
Under that expansive hood is a 624hp V12 that also churns out 590 lb-ft of torque. Channeling that power is ZF’s eight-speed automatic, allowing the luxurious behemoth swift past 60 mph in just 4.4 seconds. We can't say with certainty if BMW engineers went out for lunch with their Audi counterparts, if they were the ones driving the A5 Coupe or if the Ingolstadt's model just happened to be in this parking lot, but it sure makes for an interesting matchup seeing it standing right next to the new 4-Series Coupe in these fresh spy shots. This is the first time that we have captured a prototype of the E92 3-Series Coupe's successor after BMW premiered the 4-Series Concept in Detroit last month. …

As it appears, Ferraris and Lamborghinis aren't the only mid-engine supercars to go up in flames. The same happened to an Audi R8 coupe that was trailing a phalanx of other supercars participating in the 'Parx Supercar Show 2013', in the city of Mumbai in India. Predictably, many by-standers and passengers of other cars were filming the ride and were able to capture the moment when the Audi R8 started to smoke and the driver and his co-passenger jumped out to save themselves. Fortunately, n…

Automobile Magazine received the scoop on some details surrounding some the future of Cadillac’s lineup while attending the 2013 Detroit Auto Show. The print outlet sat down with Cadillac’s Robert Ferguson, the maker’s global brand chief, for a nicely detailed interview as to what we can expect from America’s top brass in the next coming months.
Ferguson explained to Automobile that we can potentially expect a coupe addition to the ATS’ lineup.

When BMW released the images of its upcoming M6 model it was unclear weather or not we would see it at the then upcoming Detroit Auto Show. Today, we found out the German automaker opted in, as the model ended up making its public debut.
The 2014 M6 Gran Coupe is powered by the same 4.4-liter TwinPower Turbo V8 engine as the M5 and M6, which pumps out 560hp and 500 lb-ft or torque. This allows for a 0-60 mph time of just 4.1 seconds with a 155mph top speed.
Pricing has still yet to be announced, but be s…

At the Detroit Auto Show this week BMW showed the next-generation 3 Series-based coupe. Although officially just a concept, this is the car that apart from the door handles, side mirrors and rear apron will replace the 3 Series coupe in late fall 2013.
Much as the 6 Series became the coupe/convertible of the 5 Series, from now on the 4 Series will be the coupe and convertible of the 3 Series. Although components and powertrains are shared with the 3 Series sedan, the coupe is lower and has a wider tra…
