New reports following Monday’s death of celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan reveal that he was texting and driving minutes before the deadly crash.
Ryan’s 1995 Jeep Wrangler went off the side of the Pacific Coast Highway near Malibu, California and landed on the roof. His dog was also in the car and was rescued in the ocean.
