On a recent photo trip through southern New England, Litwin and I passed a real neat building on Route 1 in Westerly, Rhode Island, with a couple old old Buick-Pontiac signs affixed to ‘em. One U-turn later, and we were investigating the remnants of Ray Hoxsie Buick-Pontiac.
On Google Maps StreetView, it still appears to be a thriving business, selling new cars out of the newer building and used cars out of the lot around the older building that caught our eye. In person, Ray Hoxsie is as abandone…
