Adding to our long list of Rolls Royce Phantom wannabes from all over the world (bad taste has no ethnic boundaries…) is this creation that’s said to come from Kazakhstan. A fitting (luxury) proposal for Sacha Baron Cohen’s fictional character Borat, the Phantom appears to be based on the late 1980s – early 1990s, W124 Mercedes-Benz E-Class….
