Wheels: I.I.H.S. Study: Redesigned Front Ends of S.U.V.’s Have Led to Fewer Crash Deaths
The study, released Wednesday, said that the redesign, combined with the proliferation of frontal and side-impact protection on new cars, had lowered death rates in S.U.V. crashes with cars.
